The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Washington, D.C. opens, becoming Marriott’s first branded residence co-located with The Ritz-Carlton hotel.

Ritz-Carlton Residences Baltimore

2008

The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Baltimore opens. Marriott’s first stand-alone Residence offering sophisticated style, luxurious finishes and legendary Ritz-Carlton service without an adjoining hotel.

Ritz-Carlton Residences Singapore

2010

Marriott opens its first branded residence outside the U.S., The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Singapore.

Starwood Brands including St Regis join Marriott

2016

The landmark Marriott-Starwood merger adds seven new luxury and lifestyle residential brands to Marriott’s residential portfolio.

Marriott Residences

2019

Marriott opens its 100th branded residence offering a multitude of choices to luxury home buyers from Buenos Aires to Dubai to Tokyo.
